Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using www.dendekids.com you agree to these terms. If you are using Dende Kids on behalf of a child, school or organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

2. Accounts

Accounts are for parents, guardians, teachers and school administrators. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Free items are available to any signed-in user.
• Premium items require an active plan: TZS 5,000 per month or TZS 45,000 per year.
• Payments are made with mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halopesa) through ClickPesa. Premium access unlocks only after the payment is confirmed.
• Prices are in Tanzanian Shillings and include any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can stop renewal at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges — your premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not pro-rated. Payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a technical fault prevented access.

5. Acceptable use

Content on Dende Kids is licensed for personal and classroom use. Do not download, copy, resell, re-upload or publicly redistribute our books, videos or games, and do not share your account access links with people outside your household or class.

6. Content submissions

Teachers and contributors who upload material confirm they own it or have permission to share it. All submissions are reviewed before publishing, and we may reject or remove anything unsuitable for children.

7. Availability

We work to keep Dende Kids available, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
